Sprained my ankle during last week

I was pretty careful but still got hurt.

It's my worst sprain yet

What's worse it's both an inversion and eversion

on my left foot =(

Tired out kinesio taping

It really works

It pulls the skin up

to allow blood to flow smoothly

and the muscles to relax.

But it's really

really

expensive!!!

An application

can cost me around $4

Hope I recover in time for Genting

which I know is impossible.

Honestly I don't have a textbook of definition of love. I think that people define love differently. I can't say I've had that experience with people I've claimed to love,

but I've felt it in various ways.

For me, love is about appreciating and loving the good and bad parts of a person. It's not about giving up at the first sign or struggles or issues within the relationship. It's about accepting the other person for who they are not and for what you hope they will be one day. Love can be painful, heartbreaking and confusing, but it can also be amazing, liberating and a whole new adventure. Loving someone is putting your imperfect self out there for the other person to see and hope that they'll love you no matter how ugly or unexpected it can be.

A teenage girl had gone to visit some friends one evening and time passed quickly as each shared their various expriences of the past year. As she walked home she asked Gid to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a short-cut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he was waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for God's protection. Instantly, a comforting feelingof quietness and security wrapped round her, as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked pass the man and arived home safely.

The following day, she read in the newspaper that a young girls had been raped in the same alley just 20 minutes after she'd been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could have benn her, she began to weep. Thanking the lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police ask her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and pointed out the man, she'd seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told he'd been identified, he broke down and confessed.

The officer thanked her for her bravery. She ask if she could ask the man one question. She was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone, there was a tall muscular man walking behind her, who was staring at me." She then realised that he was all along there for her.

I jogged all the way to east coast park.

The route there brought

back wonderful memories,
the time spent with my family

cycling and jogging.

The smell of the morning breeze,

brings me back to the time

living at Marnie Parade.

Those morning strolls and breakfast

with my granddad....

Boy Brigade

Last day of my cca the Boys Brigade.

It certainly had taught me how to spell

the word Boy with a capital B.

Looking back, I really enjoyed the

time spent with these brothers,

who sweat and bleed with me.

We all looked so young those days.....

Enrollment today was awsome, had lots of fun.

Hope I could come back sometime and join them. =]

Fatigue

Fatigue. Are we all feeling it? that insidious sapping of will and strength.

Felt really terrible today,

did not really sleep the pervious night,
couldn’t get myself to sleep.

Slept throughout the recess.
Must be due to the late night chats.

Felling much better right now.

After being forced to sleep.....

Gotta to wake up at five to polish later on.

I want to work in a big company with a hugh pantry!!!

Went to Unilever main office, did an interview.
Oh my, their pantry is so stuffed,

with soft drinks, juices, yogurt, chips......

I dint know that Dove, Lux, Lifebouy, Rexona......
belong to the same company called Unilever.

6 more hours till I depart for chalet.
